Ensure there is enough space
All of our flower walls are 8x8 ft. It is crucial to ensure your venue has sufficient room to accommodate both the length and width of the wall. Any space smaller than 8x8 may cause the wall to droop or sag. In worst case scenarios, if the space is way too small to accommodate the flower wall, we may need to cancel your booking.
Lighting is key
Ensure the space which is hosting the flower wall has good lighting. If you are planning on setting up the flower wall outdoors, be sure to position it with the natural sunlight in mind. If indoors, ensure that it is not located in a dark/dim area to avoid any shadows or dark cast which may appear in photos.
Object interference
Oftentimes our flower walls are the backdrop to a gift table or dessert table. Ensure that there is enough space to still showcase the wall for your guests to take photos. In the case the flower wall is a backdrop to a dessert table and you are planning on lighting a cake or candles, ensure the wall is safe distance from any flames to avoid chances of a fire.
Prepare for inclimate weather
It is renter’s responsibility to return the flower wall in mint condition and are responsible for any damages which take place during the rental period. If you are planning on having your flower wall outside and the forecast is calling for rain/hail, the flower wall must be placed under a shaded area such as a tent to avoid any damages to the wall.
